  • We ship to the United States (excluding PR & VI) and Canada. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

  • Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel or modify your order. This includes any shipping or product
    modifications. Please double-check the ship-to address before finalizing your order.

  • When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. Please input your tracking number into the carrier’s website to track your order. Please note that tracking information may take 2-3 business days to be uploaded.

  • Your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, with potential delays during high seasons or sales campaigns. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • No. Our shipping provider can not deliver packages to PO boxes.

  • Please use our return portal found on the RETURNS page to return your item(s). You will receive a pre-paid shipping label.  

  • Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment once your items have been received and checked. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once the item is received back. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund or credit on your credit or debit card. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for return processing during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays

  • To exchange an item from your recent order, return it for a refund and place a new order with Customer Service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges. Please ensure to return your item using the return portal within 45 days of delivery. 

    You are welcome to wait until your return has been processed and credited before making the replacement purchase.

  • We proudly stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty. Should any issues arise with materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace your coat at no cost to you. Additionally, if you are not completely satisfied with your coat upon receiving it, you can return it for a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay.
