Lifetime warranty

At Alpenhaus, we create outerwear of exceptional quality and durability, designed for a lifetime of adventures. Each coat is meticulously crafted with the finest materials to ensure lasting performance.

We proudly stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty. Should any issues arise with materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace your coat at no cost to you. Additionally, if you are not completely satisfied with your coat upon receiving it, you can return it for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that our Lifetime Warranty refers to the expected lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the wearer.

What does 'lifetime' mean?

It specifically refers to the duration during which the product, under normal use, can no longer perform its intended function. This includes the expected lifespan of the materials and craftsmanship, factoring in reasonable wear and tear. At Alpenhaus, our commitment is to ensure that your product remains functional and reliable for as long as possible, meeting our high standards of quality and service.

Warranty Claims Procedure:

To process a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Request an authorization number by emailing us at info@alpenhaus.com and include the following:

- Order Number

- Full Name

- Reason for Request

2. We will respond with specific instructions tailored to your case.

All shipments to our Repair Center must be pre-paid and insured. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. Please ensure all items are laundered before sending them in for repair. Items received unwashed will be returned to the owner for cleaning.

Warranty Status:

Our standard processing time is 10-15 business days from the receipt of your product until it is shipped back to you. During peak seasons (typically September through the end of March), processing times may extend to 20-30 business days. You can track your package online using the shipping company's tracking information.
